I'm 53 years old and have been married to Cathy for 35 years. We grew up and went to school together in what was then
a little town called Leesburg, Va. We currently live in Virginia Beach, Va. We have four children and three grandchildren;
Tyler (10 yrs), who visits us often and is just the greatest grandson in the world (at least to me anyway, Amaya who is 3
and her little brother Conner who is almost 2. Her father is my youngest son Mike and he is in the Army. Amaya and Conner
recently moved to Georgia which has made Cathy and I sad, but it's for the best.

I joined the US Navy in 1974 and retired in 1995 as a Senior Chief Operations Specialist(E-8). I worked for
the Post Office briefly but found out that it wasn't for me so I got a night job and went back to school having earned my
degree in Computer Electronics (specialty in Telecommunication)

USS Albany CG-10. This was the first and the best of my career. She was 674 ft. long with a beam of 71 ft. Navigational Draft
was 27 ft.
